Terms and Conditions of 79mapp — Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account on, or using any service offered by the 79mapp — including casino games, Sports Betting, the VIP Program, and related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 79mapp. By completing your registration on the platform and confirming your acceptance, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, are at least 18 years of age, and are accessing the services in compliance with applicable law in Brazil.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on the 79mapp and use the available services, the user must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be an individual residing in Brazil, aged 18 or older;
• Have a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Have no active self-exclusion history on any gaming or betting platform;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not have had a previous account cancelled due to a violation of these Terms.

Only one account per CPF is allowed. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts, forfeiture of bonus balances, and possible permanent suspension from the platform.

The 79mapp We reserve the right to request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, CPF, or proof of address) at any time, in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the established timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of the account and withdrawal features.

3Deposits and Payments

The 79mapp accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all processed exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. Instant confirmation;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — cleared within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay — instant transfer via app;
• Mercado Pago — deposit via account balance or linked card;
• TED Bank Transfer — by banks Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions within the national financial system.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum amount per transaction, though daily or monthly limits may apply depending on your account verification level. All deposits must be made from bank accounts and cards held in the name of the registered user. 79mapp does not accept third-party deposits.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals on the 79mapp are processed on a priority basis via Pix to the key registered in the user's profile. Processing takes up to 5 minutes from the time of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no fees charged by the platform.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a complete registration with verified identity (KYC);
• Have an available balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 20.00;
• Have met the rollover requirements for any active bonuses;
• Have a Pix key registered in your profile that matches the CPF of the account holder.

The 79mapp may request additional verification before releasing withdrawals above certain amounts, or when a user makes their first withdrawal after depositing via a new payment method. This is a standard security procedure designed to protect users against fraud and money laundering.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 79mapp periodically offers welcome bonuses, weekly cashback through the VIP Program, missions with BRL prizes, and other promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, available on the promotion page and at the time of acceptance.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn;
• The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms;
• Bonuses are not cumulative unless explicitly stated;
• The 79mapp reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with or without prior notice;
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse promotions — such as creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension;
• VIP Program cashback is credited weekly and is available for withdrawal with no additional rollover requirement, in accordance with the program's specific rules.

6Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 79mapp — including slots, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, bingo, and live casino — are provided by certified third-party providers and use Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories.

The Return to Player (RTP) for each game is available in the title information within the platform. The 79mapp does not interfere with game outcomes or the RTP configuration of titles provided by its partners. Results are determined solely by the provider's RNG.

In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as an internet disconnection, server interruption, or provider system error — 79mapp will follow the provider's policy to resolve the issue. In general, rounds interrupted by a technical failure are voided and the staked amount is returned to the player's balance.

7Sports Betting

The 79mapp offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Copa do Brasil, Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Libertadores da América — as well as e-sports, MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and other domestic and international competitions.

General Sports Betting rules:

• Odds are set by 79mapp based on market analysis and may change before betting closes;
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of the event;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be cancelled at the platform's discretion;
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the rules of each specific market will determine how the bet is settled — as a general rule, bets on cancelled matches are refunded to the player's balance;
• 79mapp reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any user, at its sole discretion, particularly in situations indicating result manipulation or odds abuse;
• Bets placed on an outcome that was already known at the time of the bet will be cancelled and the stake refunded.

8Account & Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential — including username, password, and any other authentication details. The 79mapp strongly recommends using a unique password for the platform, one that is not used on any other service.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 79mapp support immediately via live chat or at contato@79mapp.net. The platform may temporarily suspend the account while the security investigation is conducted.

79mapp will not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their credentials, including voluntarily sharing their password with third parties.

9Responsible Gaming

The 79mapp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing issues related to problem gambling. The platform provides the following self-control tools to all users:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount for daily, weekly, or monthly periods directly in your profile;
• Betting limit: control the maximum bet amount per period;
• Session alert: receive notifications about your active playing time;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request a permanent account block due to problem gambling concerns.

10Privacy and Data Protection

The 79mapp handles users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, financial data related to deposits and withdrawals, and platform activity history. 11Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited for users of 79mapp:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or identity;
• Submitting false or third-party information during registration or identity verification;
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets;
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or odds errors;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or promotions;
• Placing bets with the sole purpose of meeting bonus rollover requirements in low-risk markets with no genuine intent to play;
• Conducting financial transactions that constitute money laundering;
• Sharing account access with third parties;
• Attempting to access the platform's internal systems without authorization;
• Engaging in any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

Violation of any of the above items may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, retention of funds pending investigation, and, in more serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

12Account Closure

The user may request the closure of their account at 79mapp at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to verification requirements and the rollover rules of any active bonuses.

The 79mapp may close or suspend accounts of users who violate these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. In the event of closure due to a violation, the platform will individually assess the reimbursement of deposited balances, excluding any bonuses, prizes, or funds obtained through means that violate the platform's rules.

13Limitation of Liability

The 79mapp employs all reasonable technical resources to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platform. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end or with their internet provider;
• Momentary technical failures in third-party provider games;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from third parties or external sources;
• Losses resulting from problem gambling not reported by the user.

79mapp's total liability to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that caused the damage.

14Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 79mapp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users by email and/or in-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice, whenever possible.

The date of the last update to this document is indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms come into force.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), and other legislation applicable to the digital entertainment and betting sector.

For the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement, the parties elect the court of the user's domicile as the competent jurisdiction, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
